Our cleansing formula created by SoftWash Systems uses water-based, naturally degradable chemicals to break down dirt and crud, remove bug nests and webs. In addition, the system kills mold, mildew, algae and also germs on your roof as well as other surface areas-- leaving them clean and disinfected.
Soft washing eliminates the bacteria that trigger staining while pressure washing just washes off the surface area layer. Additionally, soft washing does not utilize harmful high pressure, unlike pressure washing. Soft washing treatments last far longer compared to power washing treatments.
