    I would rather set myself on fire than work with Agape Financial again. Their business practices are borderline criminal. They singlehandedly ruined my real estate transaction and refused to take accountability after countless mistakes and reckless behavior. I have never worked with a company that does such a poor job of working in the best interest of their clients. If you are considering doing business with these amateurs, you will quickly regret it. I just hope I can save someone from what they put me through. If someone at Agape is reading this, the way you do business is negligent and reckless. You do not deserve customers and I hope my review ****** every single one of them.

    this was never a client of Agape Financial Group,LLC This was someone who was selling a home to one of our clients and was upset that HUD wouldn't give a waiver for a septic system. We tried multiple times to get the exception working with both Agents, HUD, the appraiser and our investor but ultimately HUD refused to offer the waiver so the transaction could not be completed. We are not able to break the law to appease someone. I'm sorry he feels we are responsible.

    I just received the business response to my review and their comment is unequivocally false, albeit not surprising. Since day 1 it was a nightmare working with Agape Financial. The issue that caused the deal to fall through was brought to their attention on day 1 and they assured everyone it was a non-issue. Nothing was done to address it despite our documented concerns. The treated everyone involved in this deal with disrespect, including their own client. They sabotaged this deal and avoided contact with everyone when it went south. Agape repeatedly gave us the green light to close on August 13th and the deal fell through 3 months later due to their negligence. None of us expected Agape to "break the law to appease someone," as they dramatically worded it. The expectation was that Agape would live up to their fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of the parties involved. They failed to do so and I will see to it that they are held accountable.

    Wrong again! It is shocking how oblivious they continue to be. My name is ****** and I was the SELLER on this deal. If they took two seconds to look at the documentation they would know that. The fact that he worked on this for THREE MONTHS and doesn't even recognize the name of the seller is astounding. My frustration has never been with HUD's decision and I have explained that repeatedly. We told Agape on day 1 what their decision would likely be but they insisted that it was a non-issue and failed everyone involved. Misled all parties involved for months. And here they go again refusing to take accountability for that circus, which is right on par with their unprofessional business practices. I would strongly suggest they reflect on how they service their clients in the future, or do everyone a favor and get out of the industry. If **** or whoever is responding would like to continue this, I am happy to run circles around him on this matter. Otherwise it is probably best to part ways, as I have said my peace and he clearly isn't open to critical feedback.
