- Government Actions:Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry Consent Order
On February 23, 2021, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry(DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. §§ 326B.082, subd. 11 (b)(1)(9); 326B.805, subd. 5 (c); 326B.84 (7)(15) (2020); and Minn. R. 2891.0050, subp. 1C (2019). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to respond and provide complete, accurate and truthful responses to DLI; notify DLI within 15 days if they are found to be a judgement debtor; if any civil judgments are found against the business's residential contracting work, the judgement shall be satisfied or appealed within 30 days. The business notified DLI of written payment agreements to resolve outstanding judgements and agreed if they do not remain current on judgment payments, their residential building contractor's license will be suspended. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to this link.
