On September 6 2019, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business performed work beyond the scope of their license in violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.84 (2) (2018( and Minn. R. 2891.0040, subp. 1G (2017); failed to reduce contracts to writing, in violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.809 (2018) and failed to include warranty information in violation of Minn. Stat. 327A.08 (2018). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to provide written contracts with performance guidelines, and ensure all plumbing and/or electrical work is performed only by properly licensed and bonded contractors.
