Statute 326B.082, 326B.809 and 326B.84 (2018). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to perform all work for which they are contractually obligated, be prohibited from endorsing checks on behalf of homeowners or mortgage companies, update procedures and business practices to ensure compliance with statutes and rules regulating residential building contracting, including but not limited to: supervising all projects, including a start date and completion date on all contracts, ensure all plans, specifications and contractual documents match design, components and material used, all contracts and change orders will be in writing and signed by customers and ensure all appropriate permits are obtained and inspections are requested, performed and passed as required.
