On January 30, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business conducted real estate business and advertised under a name that was not the name licensed and failed to advertise his real estate business in the name of the entity that held the Real Estate Broker's license, a violation of Minn. Stat. 82.68, subd. 1 and 82.69 (2022). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to pay a civil penalty of $500.00; cease and desist from violating any laws, rules or orders related to the Minnesota Dept. of Commerce and pay costs of $191.25.
