The Consent Order settles allegations that the business performed plumbing work without first submitting plans to the DoLI Commissioner for approval and failed to call for inspection and testing in violation of MN R. 1300.0215, subps. 1 and 6 (2017) . Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure all plans are submitted to the Commissioner and approved prior to commencing plumbing work.
