On January 16 2020 the business received a Licensing Order from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The Order settles allegations that the business violkated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11 (b) (1) (2018). Under terms of the Order, the business is prohibited from allowing individuals to perform electrical work on behalf of the business unless the individual is an owner, officer or employee of the business, and is properly licensed or registered.
