On October 21, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business's application for a residential building contractor's license would be denied under Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(2). 326B.095; 326B.84 (1)(14)(2020) and Minn.R. 2891.0040, subp. 1A (2021). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business's application for a residential building contractor's license would be granted with the following conditions: the business shall only transact business in their licensed name; promptly respond with complete, accurate and truthful responses to DLI; notify DLI within 15 days if found to be a judgement debtor; and satisfy or appeal any judgments within 30 days. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
