The BBB Code of Advertising Section 16 states, "The words "no credit rejected", "guaranteed financing", "all credit applications accepted" or words of similar import can imply that consumer credit will be extended to anyone regardless of the consumer's creditworthiness or financial ability to pay. They must only be used when all credit requests are approved."
The BBB Code of Advertising also states, "When using the term "warranty" or "guarantee" in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to sale."
