On January 14, 2022, the Office of the Colorado Attorney General issued a Cease & Desist Order to Mac Again Corporation, halting operations at all eight of the company's COVID-19 testing locations in Colorado.
The Attorney General issued this order in the name of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), who noted that Mac Again Corporation failed to report the results of rapid tests and/or PCR tests to CDPHE as required by Public Health Orders and CDPHE's reporting regulations.
The Order included six demands that the company must meet should they wish to reopen and begin testing operations again.
Michigan consumers with unresolved issues with Mac Again or any COVID-19 test site are encouraged to file a complaint with BBB Serving Eastern Michigan & Upper Peninsula and/or the Michigan Attorney General.
