On 5/29/2019, BBB contacted the business regarding its continuous use of "Michigan's Largest Collection Of Antique And Vintage Fine Jewelry" claims in its website advertising. Such a claim is considered to be Objective Superlative and the advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon accepted accolades, standards and/or tests. BBB did attempt to locate proof on their website to confirm the said claim, but was unsuccessful. BBB attempted to address the issue with a challenge and the business did not respond to the issue. BBB attempted numerous emails along with phone/mail attempts to gain attention of the business. This advertising review has been closed as unsubstantiated because the business failed to respond.
