- Additional Info:On 2/23/2023,BBB initiated an investigation into Richard’s Yorkie Puppies in response to consumer’s allegations that the business had not delivered her puppy after being paid $500 dollars by the consumer. Consumer also alleges that after the business had been paid the $500 purchase price, the business attempted to collect another $600 dollars for shipping fees required by an independent shipping company.
Over the course of the investigation, BBB discovered the following:
Independent shipping company claims they do not ship animals nor do they have a service relationship with Richard’s Yorkie Puppies.
Business could not be reached to respond to complaints or confirm contact information.
Business’ Facebook social media is no longer inactive.
Business’ address on file could not be verified
