- Additional Info:BBB of MD received a consumer complaint informing that after purchasing a bird advertised on http://gallamfarm.com/ a pet transportation business contacted the consumer and requested advanced payment via Amazon Gift cards, for pet transportation services.
After payment was sent, the bird was never delivered to the consumer.
BBB of MD initiated and investigation and determined that the address that the pet transportation business claims to operate from is INVALID.
BBB was able to confirm that the website advertising birds for sale, (http://gallamfarm.com/) and the pet transportation website the consumer was "referred" to, (http://www.renecamlogistic.com) are indeed operated by the same individuals.
BBB confirmed that the bird breeding business "Gallam Farm" is not properly licensed as a pet breeder.
BBB also confirmed that the pet transportation business that the consumer was referred to by http://gallamfarm.com/, is not properly licensed as pet transporter/carrier.
BBB will continue to monitor the nature of complaints submitted about this business and will update this report with developments, as they surface.
