- Additional Info:Since July of 2021 BBB began receiving consumer reports alleging that consumers paid $200-$23,000 for tech support services after receiving an internet pop up sounding an alarm and warning of computer problems that did not exist.
In March of 2022, BBB initiated an investigation to research these allegations further. Over the course of the investigation, BBB determined that the address the business claimed to operate from is a shopping mall and the business is not listed on the mall directory. BBB also determined that the business is not registered as a business entity in the state of Maryland.
