On 3/13/2019 the Massachusetts Attorney General's office announced it had reached a settlement with several nursing homes to resolve allegations of systemic failures at their facilities that endangered nursing home residents. Woodbriar Health Center will pay between $100,000 - $2000,000 to settle allegations that a resident died as a result of a fall and complications from failures of communication and delay in care.
