- The business states: "Sometimes our customers need to return or exchange an item and that is perfectly alright.
Glove Cleaners will gladly exchange an item for another size or product as long as the item is in it's original state and has not been tampered with, written on or used.
We will credit returns of full product quantities within 30 days of receipt. No credits, exchanges or refunds will be issued on products returned after 60 days of receipt. No credit, exchanges or refunds will be issued on "Special Order" items, unless warranted by manufacture defect. No products that have been tampered with, written on or used may be returned for credit.
Credits hold no cash value. Please see the invoicing section on how to process credits.
Please ship all returns to our street address: Glove Cleaners, 14 High Street, Plainville, MA 02762 and not our P.O. Box.
Please call us if we made a mistake with your order or shipped the wrong order to your club. We will do everything we can to rectify the error.
