This company is a joke.... I ordered a transmission for a **** Isuzu Trooper. I paid $1800, was told I would have it in 5 days. 6 days go by and nothing so I call the company, they send me to the shipping department manager, he tells me it was shipped and picked up, so I ask for the shipping details. I then call the shipping company they tell me, it was scheduled for pickup but when the driver showed he was told the item was not ready and turned the driver away. I then call Ready to start Auto and just demand a refund. They tell me I would have to pay a restocking fee of 20% and the amount would be taken out of my refund. They then assured me the transmission is on its way and to give them a week. Long story short. I spoke with Ready to start Auto everyday for 5 weeks. I got the run around, broken promises, and in the end a full refund. It was a complete waist of time and headache dealing with this company. They even offered me $100.00 for there mistakes, then refused to pay that $100.00 then I was also offered $100.00 to remove my bad review on ******* So I remove it, and they refused to pay it. So technically the company owes me $200.00 and for all the headache I'd say they owe me alot more.
