- Advertising Review:On 6/16/20 BBB reached out to Stephco Cleaning and Restoration via email concerning in print advertising in the Braintree Advertiser claiming that the company provided cleaning to remove or eliminate "Covid-19,Rhinovirus Type14 InfluenzaH1N1 and many more" and sated they used "Electrostatic Disinfection". BBB requested proof of the claims from the company such a FDA certification or case study proof that the chemicals and methods did as Stephco Cleaning and Restoration claimed. As of 7/27/20, the business did not respond to BBB's requests to substantiate the advertising claims.
