- Additional Info:As the owners of Moe Melanin, we understand the importance of responding to customers promptly. We have since put better systems and workflows in place to ensure that our customers are being updated often regarding their orders. Most of our previous order delays were caused by delayed overseas shipments. Although we always inform our customers of possible delays we have since found U.S. based suppliers. That will help in drastically decreasing our processing times. Customers will no longer have to wait months for items to ship from China.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect the world, we are making sure we keep our customers informed on what's going on as well as providing further relief assistance for those that are in need during this time.
Lastly, once the government lifts the ban placed on nonessential businesses, we will be back to processing and shipping orders as usual. Customers that faced delayed orders will have their shipping expedited.
We sincerely appreciate all of our customers and as we grow we will continue to learn from our mistakes and make the necessary improvements that is needed to better serve our customers. We understand that our company is needed and that customer service plays a huge part in the longevity of a business. We will continue to strive daily for excellency because our customers and supporters deserve the absolute best from us. We also deserve to be the best version of ourselves.
