Pattern of Complaint:
This company has a pattern of complaints regarding sending money to the company to reserve hotel rooms and tickets to the Essence Festival held in New Orleans and the rooms are not fully paid for and tickets are not bought. Consumers have complained to BBB that despite having invoices claiming that they have paid in full for hotel accommodations and show tickets, they are being informed by the hotels that the owner never fully paid for the rooms and that they will have to pay more money or loose the rooms. BBB originally contacted the company on July 2, 2018 and recieved no response. We contacted them again regarding the pattern on September 4 2018 and again did not receive a response with their agreement to correct or resolve the pattern of complaints. All complaints and correspondence sent to the company by BBB have not been responded to.
