BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaint regarding refund and/or exchange issues, as well as delivery issues. Consumers report difficulties communicating with the business regarding order updates, and long shipping times that exceed the timeframes indicated in the shipping FAQ on the business website. Consumers also report difficulties in reaching the business to obtain refunds or make exchanges. BBB alerted the business to these concerns on June 18, 2019 and received the following response:
"We understand that you have received several complaints related to customer experience regarding our business. We have a returns and refunds policy clearly outlined on every single product page which we follow to ensure full transparency. Furthermore, we have a Shipping FAQ on the footer of our website that discusses delivery time. If a customer does not like their item because of sizing issues, we offer a free exchange to the customer for the same item(s) in a different size. If a customer truly does not receive a product they have ordered and the tracking information indicates so, we arrange for either a full refund or a re-delivery of their items. Our customer service team works 24/7 and is full responsive to both emails and Facebook messages. Our response time is consistently below 12 hours and we work our best to ensure that every customer complaint is resolved and that our team arrives at a resolution that ensures for a positive customer experience. We are happy to also work with the BBB to resolve any complaints that were sent in your direction."
BBB will continue to monitor complaint activity and update the Business Profile as necessary.
