BBB has contacted the phone number provided by consumers to gather more information, but each time we have reached someone and identified ourselves, the person on the other end of the line has disconnected the call.
BBB warns consumers not to feel pressured to send money for a debt they aren't sure they owe. A legitimate company will offer proof that you owe the debt and will never ask you to send payment via wire transfer or i-tunes gift cards.
