Nikolas Saylor purchased the assets of Quicksilver Shuttle and owned it from August 1, 2016 to November 20, 2017, during which time the business received dozens of complaints about overcharging credit cards.
Mr. Saylor defaulted on the purchase agreement for Quicksilver Shuttle on February 23, 2017 and ownership of the business assets reverted back to the original owner, Khalid Malik.
AHB Holdings, owned by Mr. Saylor's mother, Dina Saylor, owns Kansas City Transportation Services, DBA Quiksilver Shuttle. Nikolas Saylor and his brother Austen Saylor continue to operate the business. This business is not related to Khalid Malik or his properties.
According to the purchase agreement for Quicksilver Shuttle and Economy Shuttle assets, the Saylors agreed to not use business names which either appear to be very similar or sound, when spoken, very similar to the business name or names which are owned by Economy Enterprises, Inc. and its sole shareholder Mr. Khalid Malik.
