3. Disorganization during check-in, registration, and concert ticket pick-up, forcing customers to wait in lines for hours, causing them to miss events they had paid to attend.
4. Not being told concert seats would be in the Superdome's upper deck or being told their seats would be closer to the stage.

In addition, the business also responded to the BBB's request for a written response that outlined the steps it would take to prevent similar complaints in the future. Specifically, the business indicated it would limit the number of clients booked for events, hire additional staff to accommodate large numbers of clients, and only do business with travel agencies it has vetted. The business proposed changes that would prevent some of the complaints from recurring, but it did not propose changes that would prevent all of the complaints from recurring.
