In the event that a customer claims that a service was not successful, Stripe Payments will review the order in a similar manner to how PayPal reviews disputes between buyers and sellers. Since we offer a digital intangible service we must show documented proof if we content that the buyer is not eligible for a refund in any given case. Allowing a third party to make these final decisions ensures all parties that an impartial decision will be made fairly in each case.
To ensure customer receive services in a timely manner all files sent to customers are sent using WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com) This service allows us to identify when customers download all files, ensuring us of a timely receipt of services to be rendered.
Phone lines are available 24 hours a day. If a customer does not feel that emails are being responded to in a timely manner then they can call us at (317) 728-6789 at anytime to speak with a live representative. Customers can also use the live chat support features on the website or facebook page to speak with a live representative at anytime.
We do not delete or block customers on social media. Online moderators will delete or block users who violate online etiquette using foul language, or slander.
We do attempt to remove negative reviews that are false. For example negative review on trustpilot will be challenge if the name of the reviewer do not match the name of any person or company listing on paid invoices that we have on file.
