Our service provides that we provide quality and value and excellent service at the front end of the eye wear purchase but also through the adjustment process and ongoing. Our goal is that no patient is turned away with a fitting, adjustment, frame, or lens, or contact lens concern.
Eye Wear: Our eye-wear selection has three tiers: First Tier are high fashion and medium fashion frames and lenses that are warranted from one to two years under normal "wear and tear" type conditions. There are exceptions and finer print situations that may not be warranted. Second Tier are our general use good quality frames that also have up to two year warranty and again there are sometimes exceptions and fine print details. Our third tier are our frames used for our budget and medicaid services. Due to appropriate and limited reimbursements from the state, we are not able to purchase significant quality of frames for medicaid patients and therefore this tier offers no warranty on the frames.
Our Lenses offer a 30 day return and recheck warranty as needed per patient. Every lens is customized perfectly to our patients needs including fitting to match facial contours, the height of the near or far portions of the lenses. Adjustments are free of charge for patients purchasing their eye wear from us.
There are no refunds for jobs that our eye care associated labs have started
While there are adjustments and limited remake allowances per patient, Better Visions does not refund entire purchases of spectacles. Due to the nature of the business, once a frame and lens pair of spectacles are created dispensed and worn by the patient, frames cannot be re stocked and suffer a meaningful depreciation once worn. Thus no refunds exist as a patient remedy.
