- Advertising Review:On February 16, 2021, BBB challenged advertising claims made by Doctor Schulz Natural Medicine, LLC ("Doctor Schulz"). Specifically, BBB requested that the company substantiate claims made in a promotional video that appears on the business's official website. The company claimed in this video that "There are no cures in Western Medicine, even though you are being advertised a cure" and that "Over 90% of all prognoses or to-dos in Western Medicine provide symptomatic relief by turning off bodily function." The advertising challenge was conducted pursuant to the BBB Code of Advertising, Section 1 - Basic Principles, and Section 27 - Superiority Claims. The company did respond to BBB's requests but ultimately failed to substantiate these claims. As of May 11, 2021, the case has been closed as unsubstantiated.
