On November 12, 2021, the office of the Indiana Attorney general filed a Complaint for Injunction, Restitution, Civil Penalties, and Costs in Hendricks Circuit Court against Joshua D. Warren, Warrenco Construction & Paving, LLC, and Crew Concrete, LLC. The complaint alleges that the defendants violated the Indiana Deceptive Consumers Sales Act and the Indiana Home Improvement Contracts Act. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the defendants collected $121,467.89 from consumers without performing the contracted work.
