- Additional Info:BBB opened up an investigation on Vardon Shop May 7, 2022 after receiving several scams reported on Scam Tracker regarding this company. Consumers reported that they ordered product(s) from the company website, https://www.vardon.shop/, and never received the item(s).
On May 7, 2022 BBB sent the company a letter regarding these allegations via email to support@vardon.shop and via USPS to 2834 N Harper Ter. Peoria IL 61604, both addresses noted on the company website. The emails came back as rejected and BBB has not received any postal mail back at this time. BBB Google mapped the company address and it appeared to be a residential home. Additionally, the company website has no contact phone number and is not registered with the Illinois Secretary of State.
After conducting an internet search it came to BBB’s attention that another company named Namlas Shop has the same physical address. When searching Google for the company website BBB was redirected to https://www.vardon.shop/.
As of May 24, 2022 BBB has received 7 scams reported, 2 negative reviews and 2 complaints claiming the same type of experience.
