BBB received three complaints between May 29, 2017 and August 3, 2017 all alleging consumers hired C and T Siding and Construction, Chad Tarpley, for work that was not completed. BBB reached out to the company a total of fifteen times during that period, by phone and mail, requesting a response to the three complaints. Mr. Tarpley did not respond to BBB regarding any of the complaints. Mail was sent to 1500 Martha St. Pekin, IL, 61554 and 61 Route 116, Metamora, IL 61548. All mailings to these addresses were returned to sender.
April 26, 2018, BBB found new information regarding possible current addresses for Mr. Tarpley. BBB has attempted to reach Mr. Tarpley again about these outstanding matters.
