On 1/26/2021, 1/29/2021, 2/03/2021 and 2/08/2021 BBB emailed the business concerning their website advertising that requires substantiation per the BBB Code of Advertising. On 1/29/2021, 02/03/2021 and 02/08/2021 we tried calling the business and were unable to get in contact with any principals or management. The following advertisements were challenged by BBB:

Each of the above quoted claims requires substantiation in the form of independent, peer reviewed, published scientific human studies, or other objective data.
28. Objective Superlative Claims
Superlative statements in advertisements about the tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service are objective claims for which the advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon accepted standards or tests. As statements of fact, such claims, like “#1 in new car sales in the city,” can be proved or disproved.
34. Claimed Results
Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.
The UMAP denial letter was sent 3/01/2021 and as of that date the business had not modified or substantiated the claims on its website. The case was closed as unsubstantiated 3/01/2021.
On 4/7/2021 BBB had a call with the business to discuss the Code of Advertising items and they agreed to work with BBB to supply substantiation for the advertising claims made on their website. BBB received partial substantiation for claims from the business 4/9/2021 and is awaiting further substantiation, modification or removal of remaining claims.
