According to the BBB Code of Advertising, claims of this nature are governed by Standard 14. The statement that appears on the Claim Offer link states only that "Restrictions may apply".
Pursuant to Standard 14 additional information concerning this offer should be included so that it is not confusing, misunderstood or misleading. BBB requested that the business provide substantiation and clarification as to the actual meaning of this offer especially if it is made contingent upon purchase. To date BBB has not received a response from the business.
