BBB files indicate the owner, Jacob "Jake" Burris has recently been operating under the names Capital City Construction, Inc. and Lewis and Clark Construction, Inc. As of October 31, 2018 both of those companies also have complaints alleging work was not completed after a down payment was given. A separate BBB report is available on each of these companies. Additionally, Mr. Burris has been linked to the following business names; Honest Abe's Construction and Tree Service (Out of Business as of October 27, 2016), Lincoln Land General Contractor, and American Roofing.
BBB has made several attempts by mail and by phone to reach Mr. Burris about his current businesses and outstanding complaints. To date BBB has no record of receiving a response from Jacob Burris.
