- We offer refunds and exchanges on new or used appliances when a consumer is dissatisfied with the product quality and function within 30 days of purchase. Leonardi Appliance does not offer refunds on appliance parts that have been installed after their purchase. Leonardi Appliance will exchange any defective part sold within 90 days of purchase though.
