Apex Vitality also lists an address of 701 S. 100 E., Provo, UT 84606. BBB has determined that this address belongs to Intermountain Nutrition and that Apex Vitality is a client of theirs.

On March 23, 2016, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding advertising, billing, refund, product and customer service issues. Consumers allege that after signing up for a free trial advertisement of the company’s health and beauty products they only expect to be charged for shipping and handling fees. These fees allegedly range from $1.00 - $8.00. Consumers report unauthorized charges ranging from $64.99 - $98.00 for an automatic subscription of products that they did not order. Consumers further allege the products to be unsuccessful and being refused a refund for the unauthorized charges. Consumers report instances of being disconnected from the call by the company’s staff after requesting a refund.
