- Advertising Review:On April 16, 2020, BBB contacted All American Construction in regard to a recent advertisement in the Des Moines Register that stated: "Warranty. The most comprehensive warranty in the roofing industry". According to Standard 20 of the BBB Code of Advertising, the term warranty should include a statement providing the availability of the warranty details to the consumer. Additionally, according to Standard 28 of the Code, the objective statement, "The most comprehensive warranty in the roofing industry," should be able to be proved. The BBB asked that the company provide BBB with facts substantiating the claim or advise the BBB if it would be in a position to modify the advertisement language.
To date, the business has not responded to the BBB requests for substantiation.
