            This company is just plain terrible. the customer service, product delivery just name it. every time when I call with a complaint they will tell me another manager will take care of you. The new manager is just a terrible as the first one or even worse. When you ask for someone in charge they can only take your name and phone number and the BIG BOSS Ron will call you. He never did. Who is in charge of this company? Who is running this company? What are you guys doing? Everyone stay away

            I have tried my best to keep them as my lawn care company. During one of the conversations with one of the managers Sean Garaty I have told him that I am willing to give them anotgehr chance (and that was third time) and he screwed up the very same day. Its just despicable how they have treated me. Not just as a customer as a person too. My yard is absolutely horrible there was not a slight improvement on the lawn because it was not treated properly. They will come and after 5 min they have to leave because they run out of chemicals and they will never come back to finish it. They just send me another bill for $65.00 that was due. For what? I have tried to contact Ron who is the manager and left numerous voicemails but he never called back. They should be ashamed of themself
