Pattern of Complaints

BBB's role in the marketplace is to promote and foster ethical relationships between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation efforts.

After a review of Lors Executive Transfers' complaints on file with BBB, we noticed a pattern of complaint.

Specifically, consumers allege they are charged a higher price than previously agreed upon.

BBB requested the voluntary cooperation of Lors Executive Transfers in eliminating the pattern of complaint and sent an Agreement to Eliminate a Pattern of Complaint Form to Lors Executive Transfers.

BBB requested at least three ways in which Lors Executive Transfers would implement to stop any pattern of complaint.

Lors Executive Transfers did not respond to BBB's request.

BBB Investigation Results

We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Lors Executive Transfers.

The consumer alleged they booked a car with 1st Airport Transfer LLC and were double charged. The consumer indicated that although they spoke to people with different names, they all appeared to be the same person. Further allegations include that once the charge was applied to their credit card, the company name was Lors Executive Transfers. When reading over the contract, the consumer states they were overcharged for the deposit. Upon contacting Lors Executive Transfers, they were told to dispute the charge with a company called SQ Superior. The consumer further alleges that additional charges were added to their credit card under the name of Lors Executive Transfers. The consumer states they were satisfied with the driver but the gratuity fee they had already paid was not given to the driver.

BBB asked Lors Executive Transfers to respond to the consumer's allegations.

Lors Executive Transfers did not respond to BBB.

BBB asked Lors Executive Transfers to respond to the following questions:

1. BBB was unable to locate a competency license for your firm in the state of Georgia. Please provide your license number.

3. Is Lors Executive Transfers a broker or an actual limo service company?

4. What is your company's physical address in Georgia? Do you have locations in other states? If so, please provide the addresses.
