According to information pulled from files maintained by the BBB on Stitch Me Boutique, a pattern of complaint pertaining to delivery issues has been identified.
Specifically, consumers report placing orders with Stitch Me Boutique and never receiving the product ordered or updates regarding their orders. Consumers report that Stitch Me Boutique uses multiple social media platforms to promote and sell their product, but they cannot get in contact with the business regarding status of their orders through any of these platforms. According to the complainants, the Stitch Me Boutique website has been shut down, and commenting on all social media platforms has been disabled. This has left consumers without a way to contact the business and has added to the frustration of not receiving their orders.
On June 3rd,2021 BBB contacted the business to seek their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of customer complaints.
