We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of U S Smart Post.
The consumer alleged that they received an email from U S Smart Post indicating they had found their resume on Indeed.com. The consumer submitted paperwork but did not hear back from U S Smart Post for over a week. Then information was received from U S Smart Post that the consumer would begin receiving packages once training was completed. The pay would be $2,250 per month. The consumer called U S Smart Post asking about why they had not requested any tax information so they could become employed. U S Smart Post hung up on the consumer. After further research, the consumer alleges that they found the same job listing for another company name on a different website.
BBB asked U S Smart Post to respond to the consumer's allegations.

2. We were not able to find any corporate registration for your company name in the state of Georgia. Please provide your corporate information.
3. Your company has the same telephone number and address as a company called US In Stock. Please provide information on your affiliation.
4. Please see attached photos. These photos found on your website are from other company websites. Please explain your use of the photos.
5. Why do you use a New York telephone number when you are based in Atlanta, Georgia?
