We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of International Properties Unlimited.
The consumer alleged that International Properties Unlimited contacted them about selling their timeshare at Mayan Palace in Mexico. Further allegations are that the company had a buyer and the buyer was willing to pay $53,000 and compensate for taxes.
BBB asked International Properties Unlimited to respond to the consumer's allegations.
International Properties Unlimited did not respond to BBB.
BBB asked International Properties Unlimited to respond to the following questions:
1. BBB could not find a license for your company name with Georgia's Real Estate Commission. Please provide your Georgia license number.
2. Please provide a list of all states where your firm does business.
3. Please provide copies of your competency licensing for all states in which your company does business.
4. Please provide a list of your company's licensed professionals.
5. The address provided on your website appears to be a virtual office. What is the actual physical location for your firm?
International Properties Unlimited did not respond to BBB.
