Company is a scam. David ******* was the sales representative who then assigned me to Caitlyn ********. Caitlyn completed the initial 1 hour training and no other Buyers beware. There is no company out there to help your nonprofit start up. This is just another ** nightmare company. Not with it- don't waste your time or money.

As a company committed to helping nonprofits, we whole heartily disagree with the review. At the time of the BBB review, we had already been in contact with this client. While we have an opposing view from a customer service standpoint, we ultimately elected to issue a full refund not due to any wrongdoing, but as a choice based on how the client treated our employees. The client's abusive and unprofessional behavior didn't align with our core values as a company and we wanted to move on. The client sent emails that were so vulgar, we would never wish on another person. We wish the client luck, but we are not interested in working with people who treat others so poorly. We had asked for and continue to believe firmly the client owes two of our employees a sincere apology. While we would welcome others to see the character of this person based on their emails, we will withhold those details from this response. We trust anyone reviewing this will ask others in the nonprofit community about our reputation and quality of work and they will get a more complete picture. Below is our response to her review. Order Summary Client placed Order on 10/13/2021 85% of order completed and communicated to client on 11/3. Client never opened files until December 3rd and had not logged in to view since 10/24. Note, we do not release all documents until order is paid in full. Order was auto paid in full 11/27 pursuant to our terms of service and we release remainder documents on 12/2. Below is a Log of all (Us providing updates and comments of our work to client's online portal) documents loaded to client portal for her access and review 24/7.Client did not access between 10/24 and 12/2.She drew conclusions of our work without knowing the complete picture.
