"The cause is my poor shipping times, I am shipping these products directly from my supplier and they often take 15-30 days to receive as stated in our shipping policy. This is an issue I am working to resolve as the shipping times are indeed inconvenient. I have spoken to numerous suppliers that can import the product at a much faster rate which will result in a significant drop in complaints. I think that reminding our customers to be patient could help as well have done so via email. A lot of people are accustom to Amazon shipping times nowadays and replicating such is a bit of a challenge."
