- Additional Info:BBB files indicate that Bubbly Belle has a pattern of complaints concerning refund issues and non-delivery of products that were ordered and paid for in advance. Consumers also indicate they are being charged monthly for a subscription that they knew nothing about or they declined the offer and were still being billed. Some customer's also complain that products are of poor quality.
In May 2019, BBB contacted the business requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints.

The main cause of complaints are packages that are lost during transit and customers not wanting their subscription order.
We have improved the process in which customers can get a replacement if their orders are lost in transit. Instead of having a lengthy verification process to confirm orders are lost we are providing refunds and replacements immediately after inquiry.
For subscription orders we have improved the clarity of the opt-in page. We refund customers if they have received any order they don't want, and we remove any customer from the subscription if they ask.
There are some complaints regarding things out of our control like the PS4 issue and website publishers using our name that should be removed since they don't pertain to Bubbly Belle.
