On February 20, 2015 the business sent their response addressing the BBB request:
Saver Express LLC is no longer operating in the US. If one of our affiliated vendors were to operate in Florida, it would be their responsibility to obtain all required licences to promote our product.
From reading your query, I do not see any question from any customer. We are not selling in Florida, so who is enquiring about this?
Saver Express changed it's head office to Hong Kong and is now called Saver Express Limited operating from Hong Kong.
Saver Express Limited does not sell travel services direct, and hence do not require any licence to do so in the US.
Saver Express makes net rates on various travel services available to our subscribers, and if they would like to book any of these, they are booked direct with the 3rd party provider such as Expedia, Hotel Club, Hotel Pro, Air Canada Vacations etc. Each individual booking is then subject to the terms and conditions to that particular supplier.
Saver Express Limited does not charge for any of the travel services made available to our subscribers, this is submitted directly to the service provider.
The only amount charged by Saver Express Limited is the annual subscription fee that enable us to maintain our contract rates with various travel providers around the world and run our concierge centre assisting subscribers that prefer not to search on the internet for the best deals themselves.
