"While we do our best to provide good products we sincerely believe in, sometimes, the expectations from our consumers to our products may not have lived up to their expectations. Most of these complainants have not reached out to us as well prior to posting a review so we were not able to rectify the situation immediately. As a small business, we firmly believe in providing the best customer service to our consumers so when an issue arises, our team does its best to cater to their concerns and ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution given to them."
