Alert
Since January 2024, BBB received a pattern of consumer complaints concerning billing issues. Specifically, consumer complaints allege the business initially advertised they would help to build business credit, but consumers found they cannot locate any records of reports sent from the business to credit bureaus and requested to cancel services. Consumer complaints further allege cancellation issues; either the business continues billing after cancellation, or those who were originally billed by BizCreditCentral LLC are now billed for same transaction under BCC Supplies but are unable to cancel through the new website.
BBB contacted the business to address the pattern of complaints. To date, BBB has not received a reply.
