"We believe the underlying cause may be customers not seeing our terms and conditions when they make a purchase on our site. When they purchase we make an offer for a free item if the customer would like to join our membership program, which the vast majority of our customers find extremely valuable. Customers are not auto-enrolled in our membership program. They have to make a clear choice. We also send follow up emails to customers about our terms, conditions, and cancellations procedures if they wish to cancel their membership. We believe some of our customers, when they wish to cancel, instead of reaching out directly to us, contact the BBB instead."
"We have moved our membership terms, customer support phone number, and customer support email address to more easier to find areas of our website and have clearly listed our customer service operational hours which are Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm EST on our website's home page."
