- Additional Info:BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning sales practice and contract issues. Specifically, consumers allege they were contacted by the business offering to market and rent their timeshare weeks within a set amount of time for a guaranteed minimum rate. Consumers were asked to pay up front fees for advertising the timeshare rental. After consumers pay the upfront fee the business did not follow through with any available rental offers.
In July 2022, BBB contacted the business requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints. BBB has not received a response. - Additional Info:Consumer states that the phone call they received was from an employee that is also mentioned in a complaint against another business of the same industry, Corporate Event Solutions.
It is unknown at this time if the two businesses are affiliated.
